How do I understand what my connection quality is?

We have released a new app update that will help you to understand your signal strength when you are connected to the band via Bluetooth. It will make it easier to identify low signal coverage which usually leads to frequent disconnects.

The reception bars  above the egg icon will show you how strong your signal is:

• No reception bars  — Your app will probably be disconnected within a few minutes.
• One reception  bar means that the connection is stable as long as obstacles such as doors being shut/open, or people passing don’t interrupt your signal, as that might cause disconnects.
• As long as there are two reception bars, you are unlikely to experience any disconnects.

Please note that this indication is only available if you connected to Neebo directly via Bluetooth. Please read about how Neebo connects here.

If the Bluetooth connection is lost and the charging station is connected to Wi-Fi, Neebo will be automatically switched to Wi-Fi to maintain connectivity. You will see 'WiFi' above the egg icon .
