All materials used in Neebo are medical grade and have been tested for biocompatibility. However, a child’s skin can still be sensitive to any type of rubber material. For this reason, you will need to make sure you follow these basic rules while using Neebo:
- Please make sure Neebo is properly cleaned before you place it on your child, as natural body products (such as sweat and saliva) will affect Neebo’s performance and can cause irritation to your little one’s skin.
- Make sure that the skin under Neebo stays dry, as the friction caused by Neebo rubbing on wet skin can result in rashes.
- Don’t overtighten Neebo, as it can cause reduced blood circulation.
- Please ensure you remove Neebo at least every eight hours, to wipe under the area and dry your little one’s skin. If your child has particularly sensitive skin this time should be decreased even more.
If none of these help, please stop using your Neebo and message the support team for advice.
