The charging station doesn’t light up.

Please, try the following steps:

• Make sure your charging station is plugged in to a power supply;
• Please wait around 30 seconds for the Charging station's LED to start lighting up "blue";
• Please install Neebo on the base station, making sure it is installed correctly. The metal part should be touching the surface, whilst Neebo should be on other side;
• Once Neebo is installed on the the charging station wait for 30 seconds for the LED to change color to Purple, this means that Neebo started charging;
• Once the on-boarding process is completed, you should see the "Charging..." status below the name of your child on the main screen.
